LONDON, 31st July. During the sitting of th? Commission of Inquiry in the coal industry, the Trade Unions Congress Committee ciiv cularised the trade unions, announcing that the coal owners and the Miners' Federation had accepted the Government proposal. The embargo on the movement of coal was withdrawn, and work was to be-continued by all.
