WAIMATE, This Day.

Mr. F. W. Foley, Timaru manager for the N.Z. Express Company, aged 48, left Timaru on Friday. On Saturday his friends commenced a search, finding his car standing near tho plantation at Hunter. While inspecting the car they heard a shot, and a search of the plantation disclosed tho body. Deceased's business affairs are in order, but it is believed he was worried regarding obligations incurred for some friends. Deceased leaves a widow and one son.
