INTER-ISLAND MATCH.

The North Island team to take part in the inter-Island Rugby match at Invercargill on Saturday. next is leaving for the South this evening. Up to time of going to press to-day there had been no indication of any changes in the team. Further alterations to the South Island team were, however, reported. Williams (Otago) notified that he was unable to play, and Gerard (South Canterbury) has been selected to fill this vacancy. Word was received this afternoon that Dickeon (Otago) was also unable to take a place in the team. Burrows (Canterbury) fills this vacancy. So'hntag (Otago) has been selected as emergency forward . for the' South Island team.
