:\ V SYDNEY, 28th June. : The latest development in the waterside trouble: was providecl. \>y the crew of the : interstate steamer Canberra. After being-logged for attending a stop-: work meeting, just before the ship was due,'to sail/ the "men refused duty, and ,the steamer was held up. . The Commonwealth liner Carina has been laid up owing to the uncertainty of getting a crew.
