BERLIN, 28th June. Herr Kuechenmeister, a manufacturer, whose motor-car was used by the murderers of Dr. Rathenau in 1922, has been acquitted. Another accused named Brandt was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for not informing the authorities of the plot, of -which he was cognisant.
