(Ltd.), and Distributors (Ltd.), stands for hearing before the First Division of the Court ol Appeal on Monday, and as Sir Robert Stout (Chief Justice) and Mr. Justice Rood have certified that the motion is one of special importance, an Order-in-Gouncil has been issued by the-Governor-General authorising the Judges of tho Second Division to sit with-the lrirst Division in Bearing and determining < the appeal. . -■:.=■•■
