Weston.D.S.Oi,'leader of the Taranaki Squadron, arid in - his executive. ■ Owing -to demands on his time, Captain' D'Esterre resigned--as staff; officer, and he was elected V, honorary commissioner in New Zealand.; T,he next conference will be held at New Plymouth. : ;. ■;
