MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Police and summons cases were dealt with by Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M ?? d.J- t G,- £• Hewitt, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Frederick Tunzelman, for failing to have the proper number-plate on his motor-cycle, was fined £3 and costs. Alexander Lust, who had failed to close his shop at 5 p.m., was fined 10s and costs. J. Mann, for failing to close ?* * °c'°? k > was nned and costs. W. E. Miller was fined £2 and costs for -failing to close at 7 a.m. on Easter Saturday. George Foley and John Fawcett were fined £1 and costs for delivering coai on a Saturday afternoon. Huteheson, Bowman,- and Jolinson, Ltd.', Tor a. breach of the Factories Act, were fined £1 and costs. A charge against Archibald Jrullany, of being found on the licensed premises of r the Carl Con Hotel after hours, was dismissed.
