The Minister of Labour is to be askSd by'Mf. P. Fcain (Wellington Central) in the House of Representatives whether the Government will introduce legislation this session recognising the right to work principle, and providing for the payment of an unemployment allowance sufficient for an unemployed' man to keep his wife, family 4 or other dependants. '
