MORE LIGHT ON SUMMER TIME

Notice was given by Mr. T. K. Sidey (Dunedin South) during question time in the House of Representatives yesterday ■ afternoon that he intended this session to ask for leave to introduce the Summer Time Bill. Mr. Sidey commenced to impart this information solemnly, but the roars of laughter which followed almost drowned the dying cadences of his voice. Mr. Sidey has been heard on the virtues of summer time before, but.he-has so v far failed to convert the whole of the members of the House of-Represen-tatives to his opinions, so he proposes to shed a little more light on them within the next few weeks.'
