PARIS, 22nd May. Cabinet has approved the measures which M. Caillaux will introduce in the Chamber of Deputies on Monday to ensure the full equilibrium of the Budget by fresh taxes and to create two new Commissions,- first, to codify and simplify the fiscal enactments, and second, to consider machinery to control petroleum and coal.
