SEATOUN.

Considering the wildness of the weather there was a very pood attendance at the meeting of householders at Seatoun. Mr. W. H. Hewitt presided. The annual"report, extracts from which have already appeared in "The Post," was adopted without discussion. The headmaster' (Mr. B. Anderson) briefly reported upon the progress of the school, in and outdoors, and referred to the healthy tone of the school generally. That good tone, said the chairman in thanking Mr. Anderson for his report, was undoubtedly due to the good work of a very good teaching staff. \

Imbalance-sheet showed that there was practically-£2O ;m hand, and a-sib-sidy of £60 was expected shortly. The following committee was elected 1 Messrs. W. I. J. Blyth, W. O. Bock,' W. H. Hewitt, G. Klee, L. Lewis, J. o ' Murray, and L. A. Whittaker, and Mesdames K. Fellows and E. Lancaster.
