Riddel], S.M., presided at the Magistrate s Court to-day. John M'Lellan was fined.£l"for drunkenness.
Ernest Gustav Hugo Lohman, who was charged with trespassing on the premises of his wife during tho • currency of a separation order, was sentenced to 14 days imprisonment. Albert Winsor s alias George Windsor alias Albert Joseph Windsor, who was f'^Sed with .breaking and entry and theft at Day's Bay, was remanded to Bth JVlav.
Percy Cashman, who was charged with disorderly behaviour while drunk with a breach of his prohibition order and with refusing to quit licensed premises was fined £2. on each charge. Default was fixed at 14 days' imprisonment. He was also ordered to pay 10s towards the repair of a coat which he damaged. On the charge of failing to comply with the terms of his probation he was convicted and discharged.
