A MATTER OF EGGS.

An appeal by C. S. Clarke and Company from the decision of the Chief Justice, in fayour of the Wellington District Poultry Association, Ltd., was allowed by the Full Court yesterday. The case concerned tbe supply of eggs to a third party named .Galliuban. The association submitted that the arrangement made was such that Clarke and Co. became responsible for payment for the eggs. Clarke and Co. admitted certain liability, but denied any responsibility for the eggs supplied" to Gullichan. The Chief Justice gave judgment in the Supreme Court for the association, and the Full Court reversed this decision. Mr. Justice Ostler dissented. At the hearing Mr. H. F.
