Murray, Roberts, and Co., Ltd., are in receipt of the following cable from their London agents :—"Remaining series wool sales ths year will commence sth May, 7th July, 15th September, 24th November." PRICE OF GOLD. LONDON, ,17th March, The price of gold is £4 6s 7d an ounce. LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the followlng^cablegram from their London house under date 18th inßtant:—"New Zealand Dairy Produce: Butter, choicest salted, 172s to 174s per cwt; market slow. Cheese, 102s to 104s per cwt, market steady. Wool sales: Fixed for 7th July, 15th September, 24th November." LONDON TALLOW SALES. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of the 18th March:—"B9s casks of tallow oifered, 316 sold. There is a poor demand at unchanged prices."
