Sir John and Lady Luke have returned to London from Scotland, and in a few days they will cross to France to make a tour of the battlefield area, writes "The Post's" London correspondent under date of 11th February. They will visit all the New Zealand battle memorials and the principal cemeteries where are the graves of New Zealand soldiers.

Mr. Wilfred A. Dowd, LL.B., of the Lands and Deeds Office, was this morning admitted as a barrister and solicitor by the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) on the motion of Mr. T. Cleary. Mr. Dowd hail been appointed Assistant Land Registrar and Examinw o£ Titles, at Nup.
