LONDON, 19th February In the House of Commons, asked whether he would consider changing the official designation of Secretary for the Colonies and Colonial Department to Secretary' for Imperial, Affairs and Imperial Office, Mr. Baldwin, tho Premier replied that the question of some chance by these descriptions was under his consideration. -
