(SUxn BBS CABII.) / VANCOUVER, Bth February. The visit of the Japanese Fleet was marred by a serious accident. Several hundred men from the cruieer Asama were returning,to the Bhip at 1 o'clock this morning, when a squall swept Vancouver Harbour. One large liberty boat, containing 140 men, was overturned. The other boa.ts hurried up in the darkness to answer the cries of the drowning. The latest reports show that seventeen sailors were drowned.
