Wilkinson, they, are giving no details regarding the successful confidence trick. Mr Wilkinson himself has gone to Cornwall and has left no address behind him. The simple story is the very, old one. .
_ A certain- man stayed at the same hotel as Mr. .Wilkinson in Upper Wqburu place, and in due course 1, as the result of frequent conversations, interested the visitor in Stock Exchange deals. A confederate was introduced who was stated to have first-hand Stock -Exchange information in regard to deali" gS Tr w'|eat- After further conversations Mr, Wilkinson was induced to hand over £50Q0 \ n notes. The confederate? then made an excuse to leave the hotel, am that was the last the victim saw of them.
