LONDON TALLOW, MAEKET.
The Bank of New Zealand, Produce Da partment, has received the following Idvice from its Londou office, under date 7th January:—"Tallow. There is a good demand Current quotations C Good mutton, 54s 3d to 64s ,0d per cwt; good beef and mixed, 52s 6dr gut, 43.s"tp 48s per cwt." Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram, from their London house, under date of the 7th January: r—"1000 casks of tallow offered, 700 sold. Since our- last report- prices^ are 6d to is ...per cwt : 'higber..;There Is scarcely any demand, for oest descriptions."
