The Republican newspaper, "Sinn Fein," published in Dublin, asserts that it is authentically informed that Britain has offered to pay £20,000,000 to the Free State in return for the Free State withdrawing its claim for separate representation in the- League of Nations. It adds that the terms will be accepted, and v. sham protest made in tho Dail Eireami.
