Herr Gessler, Minister of Defence, anticipating the report of the Military Control Commission, has published details of the Commission's discoveries.

Herr Gessler denies that there is any secret arms factory in Germany, and Insists that the amis discovered were previously known to the Commission, and also that many of the arms are obsolete.
