SHORTT'S THEATRE.
Hit and Run," the recently completed Universal production, starring Hoot Gibson, comes to Shortt's Theatre today with an especially strong supporting cast. Edward Sedgwiek was one of the authors, and has a role, berw* having directed. Marian Harlan plays the feminine lead; De Witt Jennings is a big league baseball club manager; Mike Donlm, of big league fame, plays a baseball scout; and William Steele has another 'heavy" role: The programme in support of Hoot Gibson's interesting film is said fo be one of the best seen at this.theatre for some time, and includes Wanda Wiley in her latest comedy, 'The Trouble Fixer," and "Slim" Summerville in "Hell, 'Frisco."
