MOSCOW, 15th December
The British Trade Union Delegation, headed by Mr. A. A. Purcell, have left Petrograd for England. They were presented, prior- to their departure, with addresses from the headquarters of t-lio Soviet unions, expressing hope for the early attainment of the unity of the Labour movement.
