_, AUCKLAND, This Day. ihe Arbitration Court awarded £150 to John Joseph Sullivan, a waterside worker, for injuries received while shovelling coal on the Kawatiri on 4th January. a quantity, of coal from a bucket struck plaintiff, causing injuries to his head and body. Judgment took into account the fact that £31 15s 6d had already been paid by the company.
