REPRESENTATIVE TEAM
The local selector (Mr. K. Tucker) has been notified' that W. A. Baker (Midland) will not be available for the Town-Country match on Friday and Saturday, or for the -Wellington-Canterbury Plunket Shield match' at Christchurch at ■New Year. Dempster (Institute) and Grant (Midland) are also unable to take their places in the Town team. In consequence there are several changes in the Wellington A and B representative teams. A change is also necessary in the Country team, as D. A. Ritchie (Wanganui) will be playing for his college on Friday. The Country team is to assemble in Wellington to-morrow.
