FUNERAL OF THE LATE C. H. REED
A large crowd gathered this afternoon to pay their last respects to C. H. Heed, the jockey who died on Sunday night, as the result of injuries received at the Taumarunui meeting on Saturday. M'Carten, J. O'Shea, J. Barry, R. S. Bagby, and B. Rosen. The Rev. E. M'Levie conducted the funeral service at the-'Karori Cemetery.
