SYDNEY, This Day. Two young men, charged at Dubbo with illegally taking and using, a motorcar without the owrier's consent, were sentenced to six months' arid three r'lonths' imprisonment with hard labcur, respectively. The Magistrate said that "joy riding" was prevalent all over the State, and must be stopped.
