Alr.^Lloyd George to-day commenced a motor-car tour of the Lancashire industrial towns,, with a Union Jack and red ribbons, which are the Liberal colours in Lancashire, bedecking his car, and a loud speaker on the top. He addressed ten thousand people at Blackburn market, and spoke similarly at Kochdale, where, though heavy xain was falling, Mr. Lloyd George from under an umbrella, delivered a speech lasting fifteen minutes to a big audience.
