The Supreme Court this morning heard a claim by Jeremiah Boyd, sheepfarmer, Kaikoura, and his wife for £1100 from John Robert Thicker, sheep-farm-er, O'Kain's Bay, alleging that serious damage to land and sheep had been caused by a- fire lit by • defendant last December.
