It docluros that tho wonting clussea can bo proud of their own Government's rocord of achievement, .mid says that if the Labour Party is returned to* power it will as speedily as possible- introduce a Bill for the liutiotiuliuitliou of mines The federation assorts that mine workers and their families are mifloring boyond description; that over 100 000 mino workers are idle that pits nro closing every week and that wages are still below the subsistence level
