A Press Association telegram from Dunodin states that on Thursday afternoon, a woman employed in an hotel was suddenly taken ill and removed to the hospital. Subsequently, in viow of suspicious circumstances, a search was made of her room, and tho dead body of a liwvly-born child was found in a drawer. The woman's .condition is not thought to bo critical.
