GENEVA, 30th September.
The solution of the Japanese difficulty, which has caused widespread relief and satisfaction, was reached after a meeting of English, French, Italian, and Japanese jurists, after which the British Dominion delegates conferred, and declared themselves satisfied with the new text. The most cordial spirit of conciliation prevailed throughout the discussions.
