The objects of the Bill are as follows: — To constitute a Special Rating Area, comprising all that land situated within the Borough of Eastbourne, together with all the land comprised in Sections 24, 26, 28, 31, and 33 (Harbour District), Belmont Survey District, in the Hutt County. f To make and levy a rate not exceeding sevenpence and one farthing (7id) in the £ on the Unimproved Value of all rateable property within the said area as security for the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £50,000. .
