ST. ANNE'S PARISH BAZAAR.
For some time now an energetic committee hag been making arrangements for a bazaar, which will be opened in St. Anne's Hall next Saturday, and will be continued «icli evening until the 14th The object of tho bazaar is tho liquidation of the existing debt on the parish property and tho carrying out of some necessary improvements. There will be entertainments nightly by pupils of the leading dancing schools oE tho city. Side-shows will be another attraction. A feature of the bazaar is the queen contest, for which there are four candidates—Miss M. Cawley representing No. ,1 stall; No. 2 is Miss'Mawson; Miss Mollie Mulholland is the candidate for No. 3 stall; and Miss Breen is tho representative of No. 4 stall. An art union is another feature of tho bazaar. The, following is tho. present, position of tho queens:—No. 1 ipieen, 1000 votes; No. 2 queen, 120 votes; No. 3 queen. 2760 volos; No. 4 queen, 504 votes.
