TRACKLESS CARS
PENNY FARES.
I'ornal authonty was ,last evening granted by the City Council for the running of the trackless car service to Kuiwarra from Wednesday, Ist October It is proposed that the service should -it first be confined to the hours between 7 and 9 a.m. and noon and 6.30 n m until the general manager is in a position to ascertain the traffic requirements of the district. Penny jf.res are to be charged, with double fares for adults on Sundays.
