RISING TALLOW MARKET.

The Bank of New Zealand, Produce Department, has received the following advice from its London office, under date 10th September:—"There is a good demand. Current quotations: Good mutton, 4Gs to 4Gs Cd per cwtgood beef and mixed, 4Cs to 40s Cd per cwt: gut, 37s to 41s' Od per cwt. '

Since our last report prices ou the average are Gd higher." , The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., has .received the following cablegram- from its London house under date 10th September:—"Tallow: We quote present" spot values for the following description of tallow. Ime mutton, 47s Pd per cwf' cood beef, 4Hs Cd per cwt; mixed, 41s 3d. Market active." .
