KIANG-SU ATTACK
HOTLY CONTESTED SECTOR
STRUGGLE FOR HWANG-TU ■ STATION.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) . (REUTER'S__ TELEGRAM.) (Received 11th September, 11 a.m.) . '■-; PEKIN, 10th'September. A c6rr'espondent with the Kiang-su army says that, undoubtedly, Chi is determined to break through at Hwangtu, where there is a bigger concentration of .Kiang-su ."troops, than anywhere else on the whole front, and where reinforcements have been, constantly sent.' Here the Che-Kiting , forces, although always facing odds, occupy easily defensible positions between two creeks west.and east of the railway station. The fiercest fighting on: the whole front, has taken place in this sector, where the Kiaug-sn-forces-have, hitherto suffered at least two -tkou--. sand casualties. Twice' the Kiang-su army has captured the station, but each time it has been retaken.-
