WELL AND TBULY LAID.
LONDON, 7th September. Mr. Mac Donald has arrived. He stated that the foundations of world peace had been well and truly laid. He is of opinion that the names of Herriot and Geneva will be ever associated .with the uew world era.
M. Herriot declared: "For the first fime we' have seriously envisaged practical measures to enforce and ' ensure peace. Apart- from. the Commissioners' ,work in elaborating the schemes, all the schools and universities must be taught that our countries' aim is peace not '■war.' : '-, *
