QUEEN'S THEATRE.
A deal of research work by European scholars m Egyptology, was necessary in Preparing for the picture "The Loves of Iharaoh," now screening at the Queen's ■ -theatre. It was necessary for them to study the manners and clothin<* of ancient Egyptians as well as the Ethiopians, to discover the character of their ■habitations, and to design clothes and weapons and background for something like a hundred thousand persons. The supporting programme is a comprehensive one.
