The Bank of New Zealand, Produce Department, has received the following advice lrom its London office, under date 25th July:—The market for wethers has improved ami tlie demand is good. The New Zealand Meat Producers' Board received the following cable from its London oflice, dated 25th July, 1921, advising Smitlilield delivered prices at that date us follow;—N.Z. wethers and maidens: Canterbury quality, selected brands, 50 and midcr, 7-Jd per lb; 57 to w, 7^d; 65 to 72, id. Other brands: 00 and under, 7-Jd- 57 to 01, 7d; Go to 72, GJd. N.Z. ewes': ia and under, u«d. N.Z. lamb: Canterbury (nudity, 10M; seconds, ]OJd; selected, 3G aud under, .lljil; 3/ to 4.2, 113 d.
