(BI TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)

DUNEDIN, 28th July. The Otago Eugby Union has issued a writ against the JTorbury Park Trotting Club, the Dunedin Coursing Club, and the New Zealand Football League to. prevent the Forbury Park ground being used for the League match, New Zealand against the English visiting team, on 9th August. The .case will probably be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday next. The Forbury Park Club has leased the park to the Otago Union with the condition that the Coursing Club has the right to use it for three days during the season. The Coursing Club has used the ground on two days this year, and has entered into an agreement to let the ground for the third day to the Rugby League. The Otago Union holds that the Coursing Club has not the right to make such a transfer.
