THE DIVINE ARCHITECT
Mrs. Harris. Roberts lectured at the. Masonic Hall on Sunday, upon "The Divine Architect of the XJniVerse," stat-1 ing that-it'was unthinkable to imagine our small planet as'the*-whole of. the Universe of God. Nature was the revelation of the Divine Mind throughout the universe; birth and death were constant and analogous - processes. Other; planets in our great solar system had Tieir suns' and moons. It was impossible to grasp what might be existing in the illimitable etheric seas ot space; an empire of worlds to us unnamed. Man could only trust in the Divine Architect of this universe, just as lie might in regard to the question' of life and" death of the physical body, for the laws of Nature were unchangeable and complete in their operations. \ If we understood these laws.'and obeyed them, then we could trust with equal certainty that the passing from this sphere.to the next .would be just a natural sleep from which we should awaken and continue our existence in a more congenial' and harmonious world—a new universe greater, more sublime, and, infinite.
