LITTLE GIRL'S NARROW ESCAPE
What might have been a tragic accident, was narrowly escaped in .Willia street last evening by the twelve-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Macdonald, of Aurora terrace. The victim was crossing the street' shortly after 5 o'clock, when she was knocked "do wrT by a tram-car, sustaining a broken collar bone and slight concussion:". Dr. .Anderson attended the patient almost'immediately, and she was removed to her parents' residence. /The child did not spend a good night, but this morning her condition considerably improved, thoTigh' she is suffering from severe shock.. &
