BERLIN, 15th June. Ihe ex-Crown Prince and numerous other princes and ex-generals, in fulldress uniform, attended the unveiling of a war memorial in Potsdam to eight thousand officers and men of the First Foot Guards. The ex-Crown Prince took the salute from a march-past of members of the regiment and Reichswehr troops Count Eulenburg, the last regimental colonel, concluded his speech by saying: May this memorial be a milestone on the road to freedom and vengeance. »
