INANGAHUA . MINERS' PROTEST.

REEFTON,'This Day. A meeting of the Inangahua Miners' Union unanimously passed the following resolution: "That this meeting of the coal mining section of the Inangahua Miners' Union protests against the present large importations of. Newcastle coal by the New Zealand Government, and views with alarm;, the harmful effect which such importations is inflicting npon the coal minhig industry in this district; that copies of this resolution be lorwarded to Messrs. Holland and O Bnen, M.P.'s, with a request that they bring the matter before Parliament. ■••-..•
