(UNITED PREBS 4SSOCIATIOB.—COPYRIGHT.)
(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, Ist May. A telegram from Philadelphia reports that the Rev. Mr. Barry, of New York, addressing an Episcopal ■■ Convention, announced a plan by means of which the Anglican Church might be reunited to Rome Mr. Barry suggested that Rome should recognise the validity of the Anglican ministry and its sacraments, while Anglicans should reciprocally accept the Primacy of Peter and' the allocation of all jurisdiction to the Pope, and should also recognise the infallibility of the' Pope, not on the basis of personality but upon the revelation of the Divine Will authenticated by the approval of the Church as a body.
