Abraham'Goldenberg ■ has been com mitted for trial on a charge of murdering Mr. Hall,-a London; bank manager.
Goldenberg, a lance-corporal in the East Lancashire Regiment, is alleged to have murdered Sir. Hall at Bo:don on 4th April. He wanted money to get married, and seeing plenty at the bank lie opened an account there, and on the I-ist visit be made there he stepped behind the counter, and ordered the manager to put up his hands. Mr. Hall rushed towards a drawer and Goldenberg is then alleged to have shot him. Accused look the keys from the manager's pocket, .and, gathering up as much money, as possible, he made, his escape-, , - -> .
