MOST RESOLUTIONS ENDORSED

London; Ist May. Mr. Thomas stated that out of thirtytwo resolutions, of the Imperial Conference, two at present were bei^- considered, two were definitely opposed by the Government, and twenty-eight had already been endorsed, and steps had been taken to put them into operation. As regards the-rejected, resolutions, the Government deplored the difficulty which had arisen, but they were not responsibTeT The Premiers unquestionably were misled. Let the House apply itself to avoiding that mistake.
Progress was reported, and the debate adjourned.
