Mr. Thomas stated that out of thirtytwo resolutions, of the Imperial Conference, two at present were bei^- considered, two were definitely opposed by the Government, and twenty-eight had already been endorsed, and steps had been taken to put them into operation. As regards the-rejected, resolutions, the Government deplored the difficulty which had arisen, but they were not responsibTeT The Premiers unquestionably were misled. Let the House apply itself to avoiding that mistake.
