Frank B. Grey pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court at Masterton to-day to storing 48 cases of motor spirit on unlicensed premises. : The prosecution was taken by E. H. Freeman, inspector under the Act. His Worship fined de? f endant £5 and costs. As to the goods, which had .been forfeited, that was a matter for the Department to deal with.
